Chiara Schwager

Home isn’t just a transaction for Chiara — it’s everything.

Having immigrated from the Philippines, Chiara knows firsthand what it means to plant roots in a new place and build something of your own. That deeply personal understanding of the American dream of homeownership is at the heart of everything she does for her clients — whether they’re buying their very first home, growing into a bigger one, or building a real estate portfolio from the ground up.

Before real estate, Chiara spent years in New York City as a home stylist and business development manager — a combination that gave her a rare edge. She understands how a space feels to live in, not just how it looks in photos. And she knows how to position a home to stand out in a competitive market.

Today, Chiara is based in Los Angeles where she lives with her husband and her two little ones, Heath and Theo — which means she’s not just selling homes, she’s living the same chapter as many of her clients. She understands the weight of the decision, the excitement of the search, and the very real importance of finding the right home for a growing family. She also brings that same energy and expertise to investors and those relocating to LA who need a trusted local guide from day one.

From first-time buyers taking the leap to seasoned investors expanding their portfolios — Chiara brings market knowledge, design instinct, genuine heart, and a tireless work ethic to every single client she serves.

Your home is out there. Let’s go find it. 🏡🤍
